Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on tk99bd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from tk99bd or any related gaming platform.
• You are of sound mind and are fully capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You accept full personal responsibility for any legal obligations arising from your use of tk99bd in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of tk99bd or its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.

Account Registration and Accuracy

When creating your tk99bd account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Specifically:

• Your full legal name must match the name on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth must be accurate. False date-of-birth entries constitute fraud.
• You may register only one account. Duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, or IP address, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending bonuses.
• You must provide a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. tk99bd uses this number for account security and withdrawal confirmation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.

Identity Verification (KYC)

tk99bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. You may also be asked to provide proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

Accepted Payment Methods

tk99bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment channels:

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• tk99bd is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times, network outages, or temporary service interruptions at bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Deposits that appear to be funded by proceeds of illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified mobile wallet accounts under normal operating conditions.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to account verification status.
• tk99bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 and may request supporting documentation.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements (see Section 4 — Bonuses and Promotions) before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Any withdrawal found to involve fraudulent activity, matched betting exploitation, or abuse of promotional terms will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.

Placing Wagers

• Once a wager has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• tk99bd reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or where a manifest pricing error is identified.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may differ across product categories (sports, live casino, slots).
• tk99bd uses certified random number generators for all non-live casino and slot products. RTP (return-to-player) rates are available on individual game pages.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — follow the standard international cricket betting rules published on the Platform.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or a result being declared via the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method, tk99bd's settlement rules for that specific market will apply. Markets not explicitly covered will be settled as void.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the Platform's sole discretion. tk99bd reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.

Live Casino Rules

• Live casino games are streamed from third-party studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers. The rules of each individual game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, etc.) are displayed within the live game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game provider's server-side records. tk99bd's liability is limited to the stake of the affected round.
• Players must comply with any table minimum and maximum bet limits set by the live game provider. These limits may differ from general Platform limits.

Slots and Instant Games

• All slot games are provided by certified third-party studios including NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators.
• Progressive jackpot wins may be subject to maximum payout caps specified on the relevant game page. tk99bd will notify affected players in writing before enforcing such a cap.
• Autoplay features, where available, operate under the same rules as manual play. The Player is responsible for all bets placed via the autoplay function.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and special offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. Those specific terms take precedence over this general section.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated explicitly on that promotion's detail page.
• tk99bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a Player's account prior to amendment will be subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Use of software-assisted betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated abuse of bonus terms constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and account suspension.

tk99bd Coin Rewards

• tk99bd Coins are earned on qualifying real-money bets across sports, live casino, and slots products at rates published in the Coin programme terms.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside the tk99bd Platform.
• Coins expire 90 days after the date they were earned if not redeemed. Expired Coins will be removed from the Player's balance without notice or compensation.
• tk99bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Coin rewards programme at any time. Remaining Coins will be honoured for a reasonable redemption period following any such change.

Fraud and Abuse

• Providing false registration information, including a false name, date of birth, or identity documents.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after withdrawing or otherwise benefiting from deposited funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes to place bets with an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.

Collusion and Match Fixing

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or sporting event.
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event result.
• Sharing account access with another person to circumvent betting limits or identity requirements.

Money Laundering

• Using the tk99bd Platform as a mechanism to launder proceeds of crime is strictly illegal and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh.
• Deposit-withdrawal cycling (depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful gaming activity) is treated as a money-laundering indicator and will trigger an immediate account review.

Platform Availability

tk99bd makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party network failures (including those at bKash, Nagad, or mobile network operators), and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. tk99bd shall not be liable for any loss of earnings, missed bets, or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk99bd's aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

No Warranty

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. tk99bd does not warrant that the Platform is free of viruses, errors, or other harmful components.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting tk99bd's support team at [email protected].

Amendments to These Terms

tk99bd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or phone number on record at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and tk99bd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
